Introduction
based on acroleic acid and many kinds of high molecular polymer cream, single component acroleic acid flexible waterproof is a kind of single component aqueous environmental waterproof material compounded with inorganic filler and assistance.
Features
1. water-based high polymer material, no pollution of organic solvent, no smell, no poison and green.
2. out of the box, easy to construct, suitable for engineering and household waterproof.
3. coating is white, could add dyestuff for different colors.
4. good extension, strong adhesion, available for both dry and moist base plane, bonding well with base plane and outer protection decoration.
5. coating film has good resistance to water and dragging and is also with high flexibility at low temperatures
Applications: inner and outer wall plastering, bottom ash of decorative paint, finishing puppy shaving, paste of all kinds of face brick, maintenance and repair, interface process, and waterproof leveling blanket of all parts of the building.
Technical way:
1. Surface finishing: Keep the surface plane, solid, clean without oil dirt, dust.. The iternal angle and externl angle, pole root and other ***ails should be strongly processed in advance, and do extra ply process; could use non-woven fabrics or fiberglass cloth as extra material.
2. lamination process: coat on the base with strike ¨Coff board or roller, bottom unchanged will be good, ***ails could be painted and brushed with peniko.
3. topping coating: dilute the paint with water and do roller coating on the surface for one time to make surface neat and clean.
4. protection layer: after film waterproof layer is inspected passed, should construct the protection layer as design requirement.
Cautions:
1. keep it under 5℃ when in construction, no work should be done in foggy, rainy, windy and dusty days.
2. when there is obvious water, sugaring and fly ash, should not do waterproof coating until the base is processed.
