Applications:
1. concrete structure of inner and outer house, base of cement, light brick wall.
2. base plane of building base, roofing, basement, tunnel, mine and water channel.
Base plane process:
1. Keep the surface plane, solid, clean without oil dirt, dust or other loose matters
2. gap and hole should be filled by cement mortar and sharp edges must be eliminated
3. . Wet the base material till no seeable water
Technical process
1. pour the liquid into the container and fully stir until turn to be cream with no granules and no deposit , stir again after 5 minutes to make it better.
2. Use brush or rolling brush to coat the paint on the base surface, keep stirring in a interval to avoid depositing;
3. Two times of brushing is needed (two directions), the final coating film should have 1.2-1.4mm depth, 2.5kg/m2;
4. from the second day of painting, should use mist to water it or wet cloth to cover for 2-3 days, If for pool always with water, should pour water, hot water or corrosive liquid into it after two weeksĄ¯ vacancy .
Pool need to be vacant for three weeks.
Cautions:
1.Ensure the base material is fully covered and other works could be conducted in 24 hours
2.measures should be taken to prevent from being stamping, rain, frost, burning sun within 24 hours.
3.no construction below 0℃ and in moist and airless environment
4.Do NOT add water into the dried mortar for second use.
Packaging and storage
Keep it in shade and dry place, storage life is 12 months if unsealed. |
